The Melrose Police Department’s November Community Meeting, which was set for Wednesday, Nov. 30, has been moved to January due to scheduling conflicts.

Community members are invited to attend the meeting, which will be focused on reviewing the dynamics of addiction and providing local and state resources to community members, on Wednesday, Jan. 25. The event will be held at the the Milano Senior Center, 201 West Foster St., from 6-8 p.m.

This event is part of the department’s monthly community meetings initiative, where police and other city and state officials gather to discuss a prevalent topic with residents.
