The following press release is courtesy of the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office. — Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and Melrose Chief of Police Kevin Faller have confirmed that Nathan Baldi, 21 of Melrose has been charged with assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury in connection with allegedly stabbing James Percent, 47 of Melrose inside the residence where they both lived.
