MELROSE — Chief Michael L. Lyle reports that the Melrose Police Department is investigating a break-in, and series of what are believed to be attempted break-ins, at several downtown businesses early this morning.
The 2019 Municipal & MBTA Police Officer examination is scheduled for Saturday, March 23, 2019 with an application deadline of February 19, 2019. A late fee will be applied to applications filed after February 5, 2019, so candidates are encouraged to apply early.
